In the last post, I talked about the fact that one should always satisfy the buyer 100% so that he or she can give you a 10 out of 10 ratings plus an excellent feedback. In other jobs like copywriting, PHP related jobs etc, there are not as many complications as there are in data entry jobs.
You will need to make sure that you are doing the right thing in the project.
Often, service providers do the work incorrectly.
This creates problems for both the buyers and service providers. Mainly, service providers suffer as the buyers do not pay if the work isn’t done correctly.
On the other hand, buyers suffer too as their time is wasted and that they will have to hire some other person for the job.
So what can you do to make sure you complete the given job successfully?
The first thing that you should do is that, you should always ask the buyer to give you as much detail, [about the project], as the buyer can or have. You need to fully understand the work which the buyer needs you to do.
Never start a data entry job in a hurry. You will lose everything if you do not work wisely at freelance sites.
I suggest that you ask the buyer for details before he or she select you for the job. Some times, buyers do not tell all the details about the project and they just select the service provider. After project gets started, and service providers are given all the details, then it is very much possible that service provider will face different kinds of problems.
For example: the service provider may see some work in the data entry project which he or she cannot do [some data entry jobs have a requirement of having some kind of specific tool or software, so if you don’t have that tool or software or the required knowledge, then you cannot do the project].
Or may be the work is hard to do where the bid which service provider had placed is too low.
Or, there is something in the project which service provider do not want to do for personal reasons.
ETC
There are many problems that can create problems if you do not know all the details regarding the given job.
