Make sure that you are doing the Given Freelance Job Correctly

Ok, I didn’t know that I will be posting 4 posts in a row on the topic of satisfying buyers at freelance sites especially if you are doing data entry jobs.

This is the fourth consecutive post about this topic :

It is very important for all new comers to remember to satisfy all buyers 100%.

You cannot afford to make any mistake. A small mistake at freelance site can cost a lot.

Some buyers will give a ZERO out of 10 rating [straightforward] if they find any mistake in the work which you have done. So you have to do all the things perfectly in order to make good money at freelance sites and to avoid any bad ratings.

If you do the given job perfectly then buyers will give you an excellent rating. And ratings are the most important factor when you are working at freelance sites.

Lets take a example of a data entry job where you need to collect some information from the internet and then you need to paste it in an excel sheet. You are required to collect 100 items with title, description, URL, Email, Phone etc.

First of all, you have to make sure that you are searching for the exact information which buyer requires. You can do this via asking the buyer to send you all the details about the project before you start working on it.

The best approach for doing any data entry project is to send a sample of the work to the buyer and ask him whether you are doing the right thing or not. This is the best way to make sure that you are doing the job correctly.

For example, you can send a excel sheet with 4-5 items in it, as a sample to the buyer.

Tell him that you will continue the work when he will reply and will tell whether you are doing the right thing or not.

In this way, you will be on the safe side.

Wait for the reply and see if you did the job correctly or not. If buyer points out any problem then you should re-do the work and send a sample again and see what the buyer say this time.

You should do this until the buyer is satisfied by the work that you are doing for him/her.
