Getafreelancer is a freelancing site where you can get online jobs like data entry, copywriting, typing, website development etc, and you can do these jobs via at home. You can get all these jobs for free: that is, you do not have to pay any money [no registration fee] to get work at GAF [Getafreelancer].
Working at GAF is free but there is something that you should know about the difference between normal service providers and Gold memberships at GAF.
You can join GAF for free and you can start placing bids on projects too.
If you won a project [as a normal user], you will then get the job and, again, there will be no fee taken from you. But after you complete the work and that buyer pays you the money that you have placed in your bid: GAF will then take a fee [%10 or $5 – Which ever will be greater] from the money that buyer will give you.
To understand better, let’s take an example:
Let’s say that you won a project where you placed a bid of $100. After you complete and deliver the work, the buyer will pay you $100. This money will appear in your account at GAF. But you will see $90 in your GAF account instead of $100. This is because GAF will deduct the fee of from the money you will get for each project.
This is a fair deal but there is a way to get all $100 instead of $90:
It is possible via upgrading to Gold Membership.
