Is it just me or other people are also having trouble while accessing this site?
I have written few posts in the past too: about different types of errors that I got to see while I try to open this site. The reason why I write about such errors is that: for freelance sites, a downtime of any kind can result in big problems for the people who use these site. These people include buyers and service providers.
Many people prefer to use the internal freelance site messaging system to communicate and deliver the completed work to buyers. What if a person completes the job, given to him by some buyer, within the given time period: now to deliver the work, he tries to open the freelance site and instead of seeing the desired page, he get to see an error.
Any error that blocks users from using the site can create problems for both buyers and especially for service providers.
Anyway, approximately 2 days back, I tried to open Freelancer(dot)co(dot)uk and got this error: “Internal Server Error …..”
I tried few times and got this same error repeatedly. Anyone else using this site saw this error lately? I think such errors become big hurdles for people who want to make money at these sites. I am seeing this downtime, not only at Freelancer(dot)co(dot)uk, but also at some other freelance sites. I wonder what the reason might be: may be too many people are joining these sites these days: putting too much load on servers?
Anyway, whatever the reason might be: I hope these sites resolve these issues permanently: so that the users can work there without worrying about downtimes/or-other-errors that can prevent users from accessing these sites.
