After GAF announcement, SL also announced that the money which they had sent to their users in India was sent back.
Paypal has halted personal payments to or from India.
People who are working at SL can also Not get their money via PP.
I replied in the SL forum where this update was posted: I told SL official that GAF contacted PP and now they have been allowed to send money to Indian users: but sometime, I checked the news section at GAF again and found that they have removed this update and said that PayPal payments to Indian users are still on hold.
Anyway, one thing is now confirmed: all services providers, no matter at which freelance site they work, cannot use PP for withdrawal purposes.
