Not every user can become a *certified-member [*CM]. There are some requirements that users have to fulfill in order to be accepted as a *CM.
For Programmers:
Having 10 ratings/reviews is a must requirement.
Programmer needs to have earned money from at least 5 different buyers.
We need to have a rating of 9 or more in order to qualify for this program. Users with less than 9 [90%] rating cannot apply.
For buyers:
Buyer’s requirement of ratings/reviews is only 5 instead of 10.
Buyers also need to have 90% or better rating.
What will happen if the rating of a user drops from 90% after his application is approved?
If at any time, the rating is dropped from the required level, then SL will take back the certified membership badge. The user will then have 30 days to move his ratings back to 90% or better: after 30 days, the person will need to re-apply for certified membership.
