Scriptlance: Some more requirements for becoming a Certified Member

Few days back, I posted about the basic requirements for becoming a *certified-member [*CM] at SL. These requirements were:

Having at least 10 ratings/reviews for the programmers: and 5 for the buyers.

Then the programmers need to have earned money from at least five different buyers.

Lastly, both types of users need to maintain a rating of 90% or above.

Now here are few additional requirements that I recently found at SL:

Users who wish to become a *CM, needs to be a member of SL for at least 3 months. Users who are less than 3 months old members of SL cannot apply.

The minimum account balance of programmers is needed to be $35 where buyer’s account balance needs to be at least $10.
