Inactivity at EL means that your account had no Payment Activity.
This inactivity fee is only applicable to those users who have some money in their account.
If any user fails to have any payment activity for five months, then EL will start to deduct $5 from this user’s account.
This fee is deducted every month once five months of no payment activity are recorded.
