Like I have mentioned in the previous few posts, I personally have not used this method of payment to get my money from freelance sites but I am pretty much sure about the answers to the above mentioned questions. I have got paid in a similar way and I did some research on the internet too.

Anyway, as far as I can tell, it makes No difference at all: whether you use UBL ATM machine or you go to Bank Alfalah, you will get the same conversion rate for US Dollar.

Also, you can only get your money in Pak Rupees: one cannot get his or her money in US Dollars via ATM machines in Pakistan.
