In what Currency WILL I get my Money from Freelance Sites?

Well it depends on the country where you are living:

In which currency will I get my money from freelance sites if I live in USA?

If you are doing freelancing work from USA, then you will not face any Currency issues as most of the Major freelancing sites are in USA and All these sites use US Dollar as their Main or/and the Only Supported Currency.

So the answer to the above mentioned question is very simple in case you live in USA: which is that you do not have to worry about the currency in which you will be getting money from freelance sites. You will earn money in US Dollars and you will receive it in the same currency.

What if I don’t live in USA?

Well then this is a totally different scenario. You will earn money in US Dollars [in most cases] but when it comes to receiving your money, you can get it in your local currency or in US Dollars.

There are many factors involve in determining the currency in which you will get your money.

For example: if you are using Payoneer Debit Card to receive your money from freelance sites then you will always get the money in your local currency.

On the other hand, if you are using Moneybookers or PayPal, then you may get your cash in US Dollars [given that you have a US Dollars Bank Account].

i dont have any account…me from PAKISTAN…& i select escrow ..to get money form buyers…so how i will recieve money….(if any pakistani understand my question..& know the answer..then u can mail me at baraaadme @ yahoo . com)…is i should have Pakistani account in Pakistani banks…?i hope u understand my question…

I don’t have the dollar Account i have only a current account in the title of my exact name ! So if i start my process, then how much i earn in which currency? is the currency is equivalent to Dollars or is the currency is in dollar ?

- When you will be working at freelancing sites like GAF, EL etc, you will be making money in US Dollars. You can select to withdraw your funds at anytime.
  If you have a current Rupee account then the bank will receive your money in US Dollars which they will convert to Pak Rupee and will transfer it in your bank account.
  There is one freelance site where you can earn in different currencies. This site currently support $, Euro, Pound, AUD and some other currencies.

if i earn in dollars so it is possible that the currency which i get in my country is equal ant to Dollars ?
- You live in Pakistan?
  You can get your money in Dollars if you choose to withdraw your money to your Bank Account. But it needs to be a $’s account.
  You will need two things: An account at Moneybookers and a $ bank account.
