President of Pakistan, Pervez Musharraf, Resigns

Few minutes ago, President of Pakistan, General(R) Pervez Musharraf, has resigned from his post. In his speech, General(R) Pervez Musharraf finally said good bye to the people of Pakistan. From the past few weeks, there was extreme pressure on General(R) Pervez Musharraf to resign. This pressure was from almost all political parties and lawyers.

The impeachment of President General(R) Pervez Musharraf has lead to this resignation. The Karachi stock exchange seems to be performing better after this announcement from General(R) Pervez Musharraf. The price of dollar has also decreased against Pakistani Rupee.
