How To Change Windows XP Clock Format From 24 Hours To 12 Hours?

For some reason, I re-installed Windows XP 32 bit. Everything was fine except for the clock that showed 24 hours time instead of 12 hours time format. I think this was the first time that I saw this format in my windows clock.

I thought that changing the clock format will be an easy task: which unfortunately wasn’t true. I clicked on the clock and found no option that could help.

Anyway, I found the solution on the internet.

Solution For Displaying 12 Hours Formant Clock in Windows XP:

Go to the Control Panel and click on:
: Regional and Language Options:

The tab which will be opened is:
: Regional Options:

Here you can see an option:
: Customize:

Click on it. In this window, the “Numbers” tabs will be opened by default. Now click on:
: Time: Tab.

Here, the second option is “Time Format”.

If you are seeing 24 hours time format, then any one of the following content will be found in the Time Format option.

: HH:mm:ss:
Or
: H:mm:ss:

Now, you have to change the above mentioned option with either of these:

: hh:mm:ss:
Or
: h:mm:ss:
