US Dollar [in Inter-Bank] at a New Highest Ever Rate in Pakistan

I have not seen the rate of US dollar this high in many past years. US Dollar was once at Rs. 60 in Pakistan but now, the rate is hovering around Rs. 80.00.

Today, I saw US Dollar at Rs. 83.45 in the inter-bank. This is the highest ever rate, of US Dollar against Pakistani Rupee, that I have ever seen. May be, Pak Rupee was even weaker than this in the past: like 30 or so years ago. But in recent times, I have not seen the Dollar rate this high against Pak Rupee.

Update: Current Dollar Rate: Rs. 83.36

Another Update: Nowadays, $ is traded around Rs. 85.00
