I have to admit that: buying Nvidia’s 3D vision was one of the best deals that I have made in my whole life. Before buying this product, I searched so many pages to find whether 3D vision is a good product to buy or not.
Anyway, here I am using this product almost every day: playing my favorite games in 3D [not all of them].
Few days back, I decided to see some movies/animations in 3D. After a simple search on Google, I found few 3D clips at Nvidia site. I downloaded them and then tried to play them in JetAudio.
I put the 3D glasses on and expected to see some 3D in action. Unfortunately, I failed to realize that I needed some special player to play these clips/animations.
So I started to search [in my PC] for any player that Nvidia may have installed with the driver: but I failed to find anything that can play 3D clips.
You can go here to download 3D vision video player:
I am pretty much sure that when we install the driver for 3D vision, this player gets installed too, but somehow, the player did not got installed when I updated my drivers few months back.
But when I recently updated the drivers, the Nvidia 3D vision player seem to got installed too.
Anyway, in [Vista] you can click on “Start”, then look for Nvidia Corporation and then click on Stereo. Here you may see 3D Video Player being already installed. You can use this player to watch 3D movies/clips/animations.
Update: it is now suggested that you use PowerDVD to play movies in 3D.
