Cannot Withdraw Money at Helium: Please update Account Settings to request payment

When you try to request a withdrawal at Helium, do you see this kind of a message?

Please update your account settings in order to get your money or payment.

Do not worry as there is nothing wrong with your account. You only need to make sure that you have entered all the required info under account settings.

Login at Helium: then at the left hand side, you can see few menus. The second menu has this heading: “Account”. Under this heading, you can see two options: “Account Settings” and “Security Settings”.

Click on “Account Settings”: now here, make sure that you have provided all the required info. Especially, see the fields that are marked with a Red Sign. Make sure you have entered the address correctly.

Now under the heading: “Edit Account Settings”, you can see four tabs. The last tab is: “Payment Options”. Click on it and enter the required info here.

Now go back and try to withdraw your money: now you will not see the Please Update…. message again.
