I recently got an email from Wateen: in this email, it was mentioned that Wateen is planning to do some major updates. These updates will result in improved services for the customers.
This is a technical upgrade and Wateen needs its customers to provide them with the WiMAX MAC Addresses.
You have two options to do this:
Send your device MAC Address via email. If you have not received this update via email, then here is an email address where you can send the required info:

Please note that this email address is only provided here for you to send legit requests to Wateen support:
The other option is to call Wateen support center: the number is 111-365-111
Again: note that this number of provided here, so that you can contact the company for only legit requests.
What if you do not provide the mentioned info?
In the email, it is mentioned that customers may experience internet downtime. If you want to avoid any downtime, then I suggest you contact Wateen ASAP and give them the required info.
Will you see any difference in internet speed after these upgrades?
I personally think that customers may see some improvement: however, one cannot say for sure what these updates are and if they will have any positive impact on the internet speed.
