After entering the big hall, we need to take down multiple enemies with weapons. After successfully taking them down, we untie two guards one of which tells us that Dr. Young is gone to her office. Batman now needs to get to her and get the notes before the Joker gets them.
We now need to go to the left side up the stairs and then to the right into a door. Then after few steps, we need to go on the right hand side where we can find a locked door. On the left side is a vent: open it and you will enter a hall with two small rooms.
You can also see some bars on the left of the small rooms.
I kind of stuck here for few minutes before I finally found where I need to go next.
On the wall with the bars, look at the Top Right corner: you will see a Vent. This is the way out:
