Do you have a dual monitors setup?
But your second monitor is showing wrong resolution. Things are zoomed-in and in some cases, part of this monitor may be shown in the first monitor.
This can happen due to different reasons: but this issue should get resolved via simply selecting the correct Resolution:
In Windows 7, go to desktop and right click: then click on Screen Resolution:
Here click on the Second monitor: Is the Recommended Resolution selected? If not then select it.
Also, do you know what is the max resolution which your LCD supports?
If you don’t know this then search for your LCD model in internet to get this info.
Make sure that you have selected a resolution which is supported by your second monitor and in case of LCD, choose the Max Resolution.
Apply the new settings and this issue should resolve:
Note that in some cases, a Faulty Card can be the issue. I had a card whose one Display Port was working and the other one had this wrong resolution issue.
