In the ATI Catalyst Control Panel, under the Performance Tab, you will find the AMD Overdrive feature. It is used to change your 3D card’s clocks.
Meaning that you can either Overclock your card or you can Underclock it.
You can also see the following things:
3D card’s Temperature
Its Activity Level
And the Fan Speed
You can also choose to manually adjust the Fan Speed for your graphics card.
Note that overclocking can result in different issues: it can even damage your card.
