		<description><![CDATA[Long march in Pakistan has entered into a violence mode. Pakistani government has deployed a huge number of policemen in different cities of Pakistan. This police force is trying to stop people from taking part in long march. Several political parties’ members are arrested or detained. Leader of Pakistan Muslim League (N), Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, was detained but he managed to escape the detainment. Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is leading the biggest rally of thousands of people towards the capital, Islamabad. 		<title>Sharif Brothers Banned From Taking Part In Politics</title>
		<description><![CDATA[On 25th of February, 2009: The Supreme Court announced their decision for the Sharif Brothers Electoral Eligibility Case. This decision declared Sharif Brothers as ineligible from taking part in elections. In affect of this decision, the chief minister of Punjab Assembly, Shabaz Sharif, lost his electoral seat. Muslim League is no longer in power in Punjab Assembly. Salaman Taseer, the current Governor of State of Punjab, is pointed as chief executive for the next two months. In reaction to the current political situation, many protestors marched in different cities of Pakistan. Many protect rallies were seen today [26th of February, 2009] across the country. Some of these rallies turned into violence mode in some parts of the country. Pakistan Stock Market [KSE-100] index dropped almost 300 points on the day when Supreme Court of Pakistan announced their decision. 		<title>Judges should be restored on the 27th of August 2008: Said Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif</title>
		<description><![CDATA[After the resignation of General(R) Parveez Musharaf, all parties are now engaged in solving the judiciary crisis. Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, leader of Pakistan Muslim League (N), said today that all the judges will be restored in the next week on 27th of August 2008. Judges are likely to be restored through a resolution. Members of the Parliament are required to pass this resolution. However, today, Muttahida Quami Movement party announced that they will not support this resolution. Muttahida Quami Movement and the Pakistan Peoples Party have a coalition government in Sindh assembly. Member of MQM, Haider Abbas Razvi stated that: “We do not accept any judges to be restored who have taken oath under PCO”. He further stated that: “If any resolution for the restoration of judges is presented in the parliament then we will not support that resolution”. In a press conference, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif stated that the judges should have been restored within the 24 hours after the resignation of General(R) Parveez Musharaf. He further said that, his party will now wait for the resolution but the judges should now be restored on Wednesday, 27th of August 2008.
